True to our decentralized culture, our approach to safety is driven at the division level and is built around our shared goal of zero accidents. In 2018, 38 percent of our divisions had zero lost time accidents for the full year, and 78 percent of our divisions had zero lost time accidents in at least one quarter. While we are pleased with our progress in this area, we remain vigilant to ensure that we continue to make improvements in our safety performance as we strive toward our goal of zero accidents.
